At Khan Method Publications, we take pride in delivering high-quality educational publications to help students and learners succeed. If you encounter any issue with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Torn Books: The book received has missing pages, printing errors, misprints, binding faults, or physical transit damage.

• Incorrect Item Received: The delivered book differs in title, class, or part from the product you originally ordered.

• Defective Media: If an accompanying CD, digital access code, or supplementary study material is unreadable or defective upon arrival.

Condition for Return: The returned book must be in its original, unused condition, free of manual pen/pencil marks, highlights, or tears, and returned with its original packaging/invoice.

2. Return Notification Window

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the parcel via Call or WhatsApp.

• Please provide clear photo or video proof showing the defect, misprinted pages, or incorrect item along with your order invoice number.

3. Replacement Process

• Once we verify the defect or mistake, we will dispatch a fresh, correct replacement copy to your delivery address.

• For verified errors on our end (defective printing, damaged copy, or wrong book sent), Khan Method Publications covers all return and re-shipping courier charges.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following specific conditions:

• The requested book or replacement edition is completely out of stock.

• An advance payment was made, but the order could not be fulfilled or delivered by our logistics partners.

• An accidental duplicate payment was charged for a single order.

Refund Timelines & Method:

• Approved refunds will be transferred via the original payment channel (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or direct Bank Transfer) within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

• Orders cancelled by the customer after courier dispatch cannot be refunded until the unopened parcel is returned to our office, minus applicable courier delivery charges.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Claims submitted after the 48-hour notification window.

• Books damaged due to customer misuse, water spillage, or improper handling after delivery.

• Accidental orders made by the customer (e.g., selecting the wrong class or paper) once the book has been opened or marked.
